Dallas (USA) — IP addresses migrated to a new subnet

United StatesNetwork, VPS, Game Servers

We have migrated all IP addresses in our Dallas (USA) location to a new subnet. The change is already in effect, and every service in this location is now running on its new address.

Previous range: 81.5.141.0/24 → New range: 169.128.70.0/24

Action required: please access your service to check its new IP address and update any configuration that still references the old one — DNS records, firewall rules and allowlists, connection settings for your game server or application, and any third-party integrations.

The migration caused approximately one minute of downtime. To compensate, one extra day will be added to every affected service.

If you need assistance updating your configuration, our support team is available to help.

  2. IdentifiedSep 8, 12:16 PM

A network connectivity issue is affecting access to some services. The cause is identified: a routing (BGP) issue with our transit provider, not a failure on our servers.

  3. UpdateSep 8, 12:41 PM

Our provider has confirmed a physical cut of the fiber optic cable on one of its routes, and its technical team is repairing it to restore full connectivity as soon as possible. In short, the problem is the link between the datacenter and our router in Poland. The SLA covers this incident: two days are added to every affected service.
