Verification

The identity verification process is carried out exclusively to confirm your identity and to prevent fraud, money laundering and other illicit activities. Verification may be required at any time at Fusiora OÜ's discretion.

You will be asked to provide a valid official identity document — passport, driver's licence or national ID card — photographed or scanned on both sides. Fusiora OÜ may request any additional document it deems necessary to complete the verification.

All documents and personal data submitted during the verification process are stored using industry-standard encryption and security measures. Access to your documents is strictly limited to authorised personnel involved in the verification process. We employ technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

Your documents and personal information will not be shared, sold or disclosed to third parties, except where strictly required by law or by order of a competent judicial or regulatory authority.

Your verification documents will be retained for the minimum period required by applicable law and for the duration of your business relationship with Fusiora OÜ. Upon account closure or at your request (subject to legal retention obligations), your documents will be securely deleted.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Estonian data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of and port your personal data. You certify that all documents and information provided are authentic, accurate and belong to you. Submitting forged, altered or fraudulent documents may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the account and may be reported to the competent authorities.

Fusiora OÜ reserves the right to approve, reject or request additional documentation at its sole discretion. A verification rejection does not prevent you from submitting a new request with corrected or additional documents. During the verification process, access to certain platform features may be restricted.
