My first order at Fusiora

Your first purchase at Fusiora takes a few minutes. This walkthrough covers picking the plan up to having the service live in your client area.

1. Pick the product

From the website go to VPS, Web Hosting, Game Hosting, Dedicated or Domains. Each plan shows resources (CPU, RAM, disk, bandwidth) and monthly price.

2. Configure the offer

Datacenter: pick the one closest to your players/users to cut latency.
Billing cycle: monthly, quarterly, semiannual, annual or biennial. Longer cycles usually carry a discount.
OS (VPS): Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky or Windows Server.
Addons: backups, extra IP, cPanel/Plesk panel depending on product.

3. Cart and promo

Review the cart. If you have a code, paste it in Promotional code and click Validate. The price updates instantly.

4. Account

If you already have an account, log in. Otherwise create one in the same flow (fill in tax data — it appears on the invoice). Accept the legal documents.

5. Payment method

Card (Stripe) — recurring.
PayPal — recurring or one-off.
Crypto, bank transfer, Bizum and others — one-off.

Click Checkout Complete Order. You'll see the confirmation screen with the invoice number.

6. Provisioning

Most products are instant (VPS, Web Hosting, Game Hosting). Dedicated may take from 30 minutes to a few hours. You'll get an email with access details.

7. Access the service

Go to the client area > Services. You'll find IP, panel, password, cycle and actions (renew, upgrade, cancel).

Common issues

Payment declined: check card limit, try PayPal or crypto, or open a ticket.
Service stuck on «Pending»: provisioning in progress. If it sits over 30 min, contact support.
Want to change DC: possible via support before provisioning starts.
